Among the cross functional collaboration, it was pivotal to closely work with project managers and designers from SuccessFactors team to ensure app development guidelines.

✍️ DESIGN

Visuals

I applied branding colors that represent Doosan CI and added brighter colors like orange to make UI more colorful and fun. In addition to the colors, I used illustrations that represent Doosan's core values.

UI Card design

I designed total 6 feedback UI Integration cards: Give feedback; Request Feedback; Feedback requests; Feedback History; Feedback Statistics; Feedback Trends. These cards are currently adopted as the pioneer designs of the UI cards for feedback management and being developed as the standard by the SuccessFactors Work Zone team.

Learnings & Reflections

01 / Reusable & Standard UI Integration Card design

We designed the UI Integration cards to make them reusable and be standard cards. In the process, I communicated closely with the developer for validation and check if designed accordingly, and iterated.

02 / Deeper As-Is analysis

We would have done more research on As-Is to better design and analyze workspaces that meet the needs of employees.
